Brightly colored ecofriendly handmade Elephant grass baskets are made by women in the Bolgatanga region of Ghana. In variations brown or black is the handle color.
**Most Baskets are 8-9 inches wide and basket depth about 5-6 inches. About 10 inches tall with handle. **The two olive green baskets are closer to ten inches wide with a depth of 6 inches, 11-12 inches to handle.
They can be used to pick the peas and cherry tomatoes at your local CSA. Perfect size for small hands too. With the deep sides they are less likely to spill what they have picked!
