Soapstone Elephants hand carved in Kenya. Each one is unique! Solid and smooth soapstone is nice to hold. Start a collection! Patterns vary on each animal. Dark purple elephants look blue in photo. Read variation colors for correct color.
Elephants are in walking pose. Create a party table centerpiece with a garland, or flowers or plants. Or use as birthday favors. Set beside each table setting for a cute and fun table idea.

Kenyan hand carved soapstone animals are unique and beautiful works of art. Artisans mine the metamorphic rock(talc, schist) carve and then sand smooth the surface and dye with beautiful non-toxic dye colors. Tabaka chigware community self-help group uses money for food and education in their community. Fair Trade item.

My elephant arrived and it is the cutest little thing... it's perfect, it's a birthday gift for one of my closest friends and I know she will love it. Very well made, heavier than I thought but it is beautiful!!
