This ocean seal made of soapstone, is hand carved in Kenya. Gift a teacher or marine animal lover. Seal is posed with his nose in different positions to suggest playfulness.
Use as decor at a birthday party or give to an ocean lover. Seals can be used as party favors, or use either size to make a circle around the cake on the table. Small 2-3 inch size available. Large is 3-4 inches. Sizes are close approximation as each seal is carved individually.
Add a custom party felt ball garland to your table. Look in my listings or message me. Custom wool mats for favors or centerpiece display available also.
Tabaka Chigware mines the soapstone, carves and dyes each animal by hand. Fair Trade. Money stays in the Kenyan community for education, food and medical.
Appx three inches long and weighs about 8 ounces.
Dyes will fade in bright or direct sunlight.
