These beautiful,hand carved Kenyan soapstone woodland animals look as if they came right out of the forest. The black bear has a textured body.
They can be used to decorate around a cake or use at place settings as favors. Heavy soapstone stays in place. *Recommend ages four and up for party favor.
Five figures to choose from. Black Bear, Deer and Bunny. **fox and raccoon sold out for now. Squirrels in stock soon.
All figures Three inches long or tall except for the bunnies which are two inches.
Kenyan hand carved soapstone animals: Artisans mine the metamorphic rock(talc, schist) carve and then sand smooth the surface and dye with beautiful non-toxic dye colors. Tabaka Chigware community group uses money for food and education in their community. Fair Trade item.
